We are conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood near supermarkets and many highly reviewed restaurants.

You are welcome to use the entire home. Please make yourself feel right at home and respect it like yours.

Please also keep in mind that we have ZERO tolerance policy for any violations of all short term rental ordinances and our house rules. No over occupancy. No parties.

Note: Guest have full access to the property with the following exceptions:
- Our garage is closed, not accessible to guest
- Our Spa is open only starting from September when the Vegas heat dies down

Our gorgeous home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, with a spacious back yard and huge pool.

- LOUD MUSIC IN THE BACKYARD ❌
Or Police officer will be called and you will be asked to vacate the property with no refund.
