Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom and t.v. Perfect view

We certainly enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the views from the balcony. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had what we needed. Communication with host was good! We had a great stay!!

Great stay

We loved the location, couldn't be beat. My kids stayed at other great location's but when they saw our location they said "you paid for your location". This exact condo will be the one we reserved when returning to this location.

It’s an amazing condo!

The bedrooms do need bigger tvs and they also need ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Other that that it was amazing.

Great Value Beach Property

Fantastic location with easy access to the beach. Condo to beach in two minutes. Very clean, easy parking. Awesome view from balcony. Plenty of space for families in this condo. Highly recommended

This was a ladies (65+) trip and this condo was perfect! Short walk to the beach and we could use elevator or stairs. Will definitely stay here again

Great Beach Experience!

This coming condo is in a low rise building with a beautiful view of the Gulf. The unit had everything needed to make our family’s vacation a wonderful experience. We had more than sufficient space for 5 adults and 2 children and the 3 bathrooms are an extra bonus especially when there are that many people. We will definitely be back.

Great View

Condo offers a great view of the gulf. Of course we understand some things are out of the condo owners hands, but in order for us to get a good spot next to the ocean for our kids to play we had to beat the umbrella peddlers…. Sorry but $35 a day is too much for their umbrellas, but they shouldn’t be allowed to take up the whole area in the closest proximity to the ocean. Some updates to consider when the owner gets the chance…. A ceiling fan in the second bedroom, and some high top seats on the balcony (the rail obstructs the perfect view of the gulf). Also a tv with streaming capabilities would be great in the second bedroom and bunk room because while dvd capable TVs are great, who actually brings dvds anymore?? A deadbolt lock on the main door would offer added sense of safety especially since this was the only condo on the second floor without one. Overall we enjoyed this condo and would recommend to others.

We had a blast!

This property hosted a great experience for our two families! It was very clean and the location was great! The kitchen was fully stocked which made it easy for cooking meals. If sleeping 8, bring blankets because there aren’t extras for the sleeper sofa and if you’re allergic cats, as I am, bring meds because there are some on the property.

On the beach

Short walk to beach. Near the elevator but not so close you hear it. Plenty of room for small family. There is access to gas and charcoal grills downstairs. There is an indoor/outdoor pool.

Family getaway

We rented this property for my moms 50th birthday getaway. There were 4 adults and 4 children. We had plenty of room! 3 bathrooms was very nice:) The pools, grill area and boardwalk out to the beach were cleaned every morning. We will definitely be returning! We stayed over the 4th of July and could see fireworks all around us from the beach and our balcony.

My husband and I hope to retire to Baldwin County. We have two sons and two grandchildren already living there.

Why they chose this property

As a family we vacationed in the Gulf Shores area and loved it. Harbour place is small and has a family feel to it. We own several properties and we would like to live in harbour place when we get older.

What makes this property unique

Walking the beach and just enjoying the lifestyle the area has to offer year round. Seeing the different fish relocate during the seasons. During the tourist season seeing the families with children having fun as we have had with our children and now our grandchildren. The fall and winter months are wonderful as the pace slows down and beach walks are always soothing.
