The neighborhood is centrally located in Hillsborough County and close to many attractions including Busch Gardens, Mid-Florida Amphitheater, Ybor City, Hard Rock Casino, USF, and mere 45 minutes from some of the best beaches on the Gulf Coast like Ft. Desoto Beach.
What makes this property unique
The property is on 2.25 acres and is private. The home is secured with a gated coded entry. The home was completely renovated in 2024 and boast a beautiful kitchen and living area. There's plenty of room to park all of your vehicles. The property has a .25 acre pond. The house was designed with the family vacation in mind.
