Hurricane update: Despite the recent hurricanes, our property is in great condition, and our secluded dead-end street has fully recovered. The beaches are still pristine and in excellent condition, and the popular Rum Bay restaurant is open, ready to welcome guests. We did experience damage to the long dock which is CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE; however, the smaller "secret" dock and kayak launch are fully usable. All other amenities and features including the pool and spa are fully ready for your visit. It's still a perfect time to enjoy the island's charm and tranquility.
Enjoy panoramic of views of Lemon Bay and up and down the intercoastal from this beautiful island home on a dead-end street. Soaring cathedral ceilings offer a relaxing open living room environment with beautiful views right from the couch. Comfortable seating areas are provided on all the balconies, offering private, gorgeous scenery to enjoy with your morning coffee. An outdoor dining area combines the views with family meals in a relaxing secluded setting.
Launch your water adventures (kayak, paddle board, jet ski, fish) right from the large, beautiful property. The boat ramp on the property provides easy access to put in our kayaks or paddle board, or bring your own water toys. You can also enjoy the water from the balconies or dock where you will see dolphin, manatee, mullet, osprey, pelicans and other wildlife, or use our bikes to leisurely cruise the sandy streets and look for gopher tortoises, bobcats and other island life. And don't forget the beach is just a short golf cart or bike ride away, where you can enjoy miles of Florida's best beaches.
The home is equipped with a 65" TV in the large living room and master bedroom, (perfect for viewing the game or family movies), outdoor speakers, mesh Wifi, washer/dryer - everything you will need.
