The layout of the house offers many communal indoor and outdoor spaces while providing each guest with their own private areas. 

Adding to the guests privacy, the 2nd floor may be accessed through the winding internal staircase or through a separate entrance door from the private parking lot.

Lower Level:
The heart of the indoor living space connecting the breakfast/dining table, guest toilet, the living room, the kitchen and the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom.

Upper Level:
Two other bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathrooms, terraces and a separate entrance accessed through the private villa parking.


OUTDOOR AREA

Lower Level:
