• Kitchen: Prepare your favorite meals with ease. Kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, tea kettle, Keurig and regular coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods, cream and sugar.
• Bedroom: Rest peacefully on a queen bed.
• Bathroom: Refresh in the shower bath combo.

Second Unit:
• Flexible Space: This unit features a queen bed and a versatile dining table that doubles as a workspace, perfect for remote work or intimate meals.

• Loud music, rambunctious parties, streets filled with cars parked in front of neighbors homes and driveways are prohibited by County Ordinance and will not be tolerated
• Primary renter must be 21 years of age, sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID
• Quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m
• All dogs are to be on leashes whenever they are in unenclosed areas. Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints
• Exceeding the occupancy limit could result in expulsion from the rental, fines, or both
• Short-term rentals may not be used for commercial purposes, such as filming, corporate retreats, conferences, or wedding receptions
• Smoking is not allowed inside, this includes the use of cigarettes, vape and weed
