Unit Number One on Fern Lane is a vibrant and funky retreat designed for travelers looking for a unique and energetic stay. With colorful decor and artistic touches, this space is perfect for those who appreciate a lively and welcoming atmosphere. The bedroom comfortably sleeps three with two twin beds and a trundle, and includes a TV for added convenience. Despite being an older space, we've transformed it into a fun and beautiful environment that guests will love.

Guests can conveniently select their desired parking duration and make payments by scanning the QR code displayed on the parking sign or with the provided link. Please make sure to register your vehicle to prevent any potential tickets from parking enforcers.
- The guest can arrive any time and purchase the nightly rate for $10 valid until 11:00 am.
- The rate is called "continuous parking" which means that once they leave, the spot might be gone.
- The rate is intended to have guests pay a full night without moving the vehicle
- The rate expires at 11:00 am.
As an alternative: there is an option to buy hourly rates at $1 per hour.
