Amazing River Front Cabin in Aska Adventure Area with best view of Toccoa River

Imagine floating on the Toccoa River amidst the Blue Ridge Mountains at our serene cabin in the Aska Adventure area. Spend your days on the porch, enjoying a 180-degree river view, or relax on the lower level with activities like pool, grilling, corn toss, and ping pong, all while watching your favorite football team on the flat-screen TV. Whether you're seeking a weekend of fun and games, outdoor adventures, or simply some peace and tranquility, 'Daze on the River' has something for everyone!
The space
The space:
'Daze on the River' is located just a few feet from the river's edge, with a stone staircase that leads directly into the water. For those here to fly fish, wading into the river has never been easier. The Toccoa River is renowned for its excellent trout fishing! Additionally, there are several kayak, tube, and canoe launches nearby, allowing you to launch upstream and return right to the house. There’s no need to haul your wet raft or kayak back to your vehicle.

The Views:
The property features two covered porches with river views, offering plenty of shade and sweeping 180-degree vistas. If you’re fortunate enough to book 'Daze on the River' in the fall, you’ll enjoy a front-row seat to the stunning leaf change in the North Georgia Mountains!

Upper Level:
The upper level features two master bedrooms with ensuite baths, including one with a river view and a private balcony. Also on this level are the living room, kitchen, laundry, and an expansive porch complete with a gas fireplace, comfy seating, and a coffee bar.

Lower Level:
On the lower level, you'll find a river-facing guest suite that shares a bathroom with a double twin bedroom, ideal for kids. This floor also features a game room with a pool table and a flat-screen HD TV. Additionally, there is a kitchenette, a large covered porch, and a hot tub for your enjoyment.

Guest access

Parking:
Parking on the gravel road is not recommended as it is very narrow. We have provided space enough for up to 2 vehicles on one side of the house.


Other things to note

Beds:
All beds are zero G (gravity) and vibration beds with Layla mattresses and pillows. NOTE: King beds are split kings to allow for separate elevation setting for each guests to ensure comfort for all. This cabin features 3 king beds.

Laundry:
There is a laundry room on main floor with washer and dryer. Detergent is provided.

Showers:
All three showers are equipped with Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash dispensers

The River:
Swimming, fishing, tubing, and kayaking are undertaken at your own risk, and we are not liable for any injuries. Please be aware that depending on the time of year, the current can become treacherous.
