Welcome to our forest retreat located in the gated community of La Grande Forêt, Mont-Tremblant. This home is both secluded in nature while being 7 minutes from the Mont-Tremblant Village, ski resort, and attractions. This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom luxury custom-built chalet provides guests an opportunity to enjoy all four season activities that Tremblant has to offer, while being tucked away in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods.

The Space
This home has been thoughtfully decorated by one of Tremblant's most prestigious interior designers, upon entering you’ll be immediately greeted by the primary living area. Relax and unwind in this open concept space under its exposed beams by the fire, at the dining table, or together with your family in the living room. The is also a lovely lounge area that features four individual seats surrounding a gas fireplace. The large windows and sliding patio doors provide bright natural light and easy access to the expansive composite deck with an unobstructed view into the forest with an outdoor dining space, gas BBQ and fire pit surrounded by composite Adirondack chairs, and a brand new hot tub.

Kitchen
The modern and spacious kitchen is equipped with the most state of the art smart appliances, cookware, and bakeware, convenient for when you're not dining at one of the popular local restaurants. Enjoy your meals in the connected dining area or on the patio. For your morning brews, we have a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine with pods provided.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
This home has 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Bedroom #1 offers a King bed, Smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom with a tub, shower, and double vanity. Bedroom #2 has two double size beds and access to the second full bathroom. Bedroom #3 includes a King bed and Smart TV, and Bedroom #4 features a Queen size bed and full ensuite bathroom. The fourth full bathroom in this home is located just outside of Bedroom #3, near the main living area.

Laundry
You are welcome to use our washer and dryer during your stay, and laundry supplies are provided for your convenience.

Ce chalet de luxe de 4 chambres à coucher et 4 salles de bain construit sur mesure permet aux invités de profiter de toutes les activités quatre saisons que Tremblant a à offrir, tout en étant caché dans l'un des quartiers les plus exclusifs.

Cette maison a été décorée avec soin par l'un des plus prestigieux designers d'intérieur de Tremblant. Dès votre entrée, vous serez immédiatement accueilli par la principale aire de séjour. Détendez-vous et relaxez dans cet espace à aire ouverte sous les poutres apparentes, près du feu, à la table à manger ou en famille dans le salon. Il y a aussi un joli coin salon avec quatre sièges individuels près d'une cheminée à gaz. Les grandes fenêtres et les portes-fenêtres coulissantes offrent une lumière naturelle et un accès facile à la vaste terrasse en composite qui offre une vue imprenable sur la forêt, avec une aire de repas en plein air, un barbecue à gaz et un foyer entouré de chaises Adirondack en composite, ainsi qu'un tout nouveau jacuzzi.

Cuisine
La cuisine moderne et spacieuse est équipée d'appareils électroménagers intelligents, d'ustensiles de cuisine et d'ustensiles de préparation, pratiques lorsque vous ne dînez pas dans l'un des restaurants populaires de la région. Dégustez vos repas dans la salle à manger commune ou sur le patio. Pour vos infusions matinales, nous disposons d'une machine à café Nespresso Vertuo avec des dosettes fournies.

Chambres et salles de bains
Cette maison comprend 4 chambres et 4 salles de bains complètes, avec 2 baignoires, 2 douches et 2 douches Italiennes. La chambre #1 offre un lit King, une télévision intelligente, et une salle de bain privée attenante avec une baignoire, une douche, et une double vanité. La chambre n°2 dispose de deux lits doubles et d'un accès à la deuxième salle de bains complète. La chambre #3 comprend un lit King et une télévision intelligente, et la chambre #4 dispose d'un lit Queen et d'une salle de bains privative complète. La quatrième salle de bains complète de cette maison se trouve juste à l'extérieur de la chambre n° 3, près de l'espace de séjour principal.

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.

2) The person booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.

4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.

5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.

6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.

7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.

8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.

9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.

10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.

11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.

12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.

13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.

14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.

15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.

16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renter’s damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.
