The property is protected from the Pacific Summer winds. Enjoy riding the dunes all day and fishing for trophy trout in the evening.

We spend our time between the SW Oregon Coast and Phoenix, AZ. We love to fish and we love to ride the sand dunes.
Why they chose this property
This home sits directly on the shores of Saunders Lake and is across the street from the entrance to the sand dunes and the Pacific Ocean. Trophy fishing and trophy riding right outside you door! This home has a huge gated parking area for all of our toys!
