- GENERAL - Guests can enjoy exclusive use of this private, 4-bedroom, 4 bathroom 2-story duplex house.

- CHECK-IN - Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door.

- PARKING - There is free on-street parking available to guests on a first-come, first-served basis. There is usually ample parking available.

- STREET - This home is in a diverse, residential neighborhood and is ideal for guests seeking to enjoy an authentic Savannah experience.

- PETS – No pets allowed unless if a service animal. Must provide paperwork.

- QUIET HOURS - This is a residential neighborhood. We respectfully ask that you observe quiet hours from 10PM, every night of the week. Violations of this rule may result in a formal report filed on VRBO or early termination of your booking.

- STREET CLEANING - Street cleaning takes place weekly. The posted street signs will indicate which day of the week cleaning occurs. If you find street cleaning is occurring on a street on which you are parked, you may find alternate parking on an adjacent street where street sweeping is not taking place.

- LATE CHECK-OUT - Please get in contact with us should you require a late check-out, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Failure to notify us in advance of a late check-out may result in additional fees.

- PEST CONTROL - The home benefits from regular pest control, but due to our beautiful southern weather and lush, leafy-green surroundings, you may occasionally encounter an outdoor bug.
