Historic Craftsman Home in the Heart of Rockridge, Oakland
• Enjoy your stay in our renovated 110-year old two-story home in the trendy Rockridge neighborhood in Oakland. We are located one block from the Rockridge gourmet/shopping haven on College Ave and two blocks from the Rockridge Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) station. It’s a 20-minute train ride to downtown San Francisco. The University of California at Berkeley with all of its cultural activities is two miles away.
Our 2200 sq/ft home features 3-bedrooms and 2-baths. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs including the Master Bedroom with a private deck and walk-in closet. There is a bedroom downstairs with a fold-out queen bed and bath with tub and shower. A large family room off the kitchen opens onto a beautifully manicured garden with three decks. WIFI internet and laundry (washer/dryer) are included.
