We are Modern Midstay, a Denver hospitality company, that owns & operates 50+ furnished apartments in City Park, Cheesman Park, Cap Hill, and Wash Park.
We offer 1 to 12 month furnished rentals for travel nurses, relocations to/from Denver, remote workers, and others exploring the city for a few months.

Unit #3 @ 2805 E 16th Ave is a 375 sqft Studio on the 1st floor back half of the building. Tons of natural light from large west-facing windows throughout, large kitchen, and WFH workspace in the bedroom/den. Enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine from the bistro set on your semi-private balcony off the kitchen!

FREE STREET PARKING: On our immediate block, it's limited to 2 hours from 8am-6pm Monday through Friday, but unlimited on nights, weekends, and holidays. On adjacent blocks, it’s unlimited, free parking. Apply for a 90 day parking pass to park in the 2 hour zone directly in front of the building without restrictions.
LAUNDRY: Shared, free laundry is in the basement.
HEATING & COOLING: Host controls central heat from a single thermostat for the building's steam boiler system. Guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans.

HOST & GUEST EXPECTATIONS: Our team prides itself on providing a great experience. However, please view this as a long-term furnished rental, not a 24/7 bed and breakfast or full-service hotel. Our team is available during business hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) and after hours for emergencies.
LEASE: Per Denver's leasing rules, we require a lease agreement that we'll e-sign with all guests upon booking to confirm your stay.
PET RENT: We are dog friendly, but have a strict no cats policy. Pet rent is $2.75/dog/day. Please add your dog(s) to the reservation, so Vrbo can collect pet rent for the first pet. We collect pet rent for additional dogs, if applicable, via our Resident Center.
