2-bedroom Happy and Cozy condo in lovely St. Simons Island with AC, Wi-Fi
Our beachy little paradise is located at the perfect spot! A few walking blocks away from delicious Dulce Donuts (recently showcased on Diners, Dives and Drive-ins), CVS, Fuse frozen yogurt, a nature shop, Thai, Sushi and American Fare restaurants as well as nightlife. A Bike shop is right next door and a gas station directly across the street. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and the beach is about 10 minutes away. Plenty of parking, pool access and a beautiful view of the pool right from the porch. Our cozy condo is modern, beachy, ideally located and peaceful. Towels, First Aid Kit, Care Kit for essentials you may have forgotten as well as laundry and dish detergents will be provided. Coffee pod/ground machine. We have got all the essentials covered! You may not want to leave!

We are locals ourselves and love our little island. We lived in this condo for 10 plus years and have absolutely loved it. It's the perfect location because you can easily get to most places on the island within 10 minutes. The absolute best part is that you can walk to the best donut/coffee place on the island, as well as a bunch of great restaurants and bars. The gas station is right across the street, in addition to a great Thai place and a natural food store and a couple of nail salons. Yet you are only 10 minutes away from all beach accesses. It is truly an ideal location!
Why they chose this property
My husband and I chose this location due to the convenience of the distance to all of the mentioned areas above. We love the community, the pool and the layout of the area. It is one of the few condo communities with an onsite manager, which keeps us safer and it's also very convenient in case there is any emergency you may have.
What makes this property unique
We gravitate towards a bit more of a contemporary beachy decor, however, my husband and I have both traveled a lot and we love design, so we tried our best to give this condo a bit of both of that. We didn't want it to be too serious but definitely cozy and interesting.
