This 622-sqm apartment is located on the ground and 1st floors without an elevator. There is a private balcony and yard. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa bed and a dining table and chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.
The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, gas stove, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washing and drying machines for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.
The first bedroom is street facing and furnished with a king size bed. The second bedroom is sea facing and furnished with a king size bed. The third bedroom is sea facing and furnished with a king size bed and a single sofa-bed. The forth bedroom is sea facing and furnished with two queen size beds. Maids room is sea facing and furnished with a single bed. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The house has five full en-suite bathrooms with a shower/bathtub, toilet and sink. The toilet is located in a separate water closet accessible via the hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.
Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. There is air conditioning, but portable fans are provided.

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 10 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.
Other things to note:
A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of AED160 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for AED160. Both can be provide for AED240. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice).
