This beautifully decorated one-bedroom oasis positioned with a private side oceanfront view, does not disappoint. We specifically cater to adult travelers & Sat. to Sat. weekly rentals. Our beautiful One Bedroom condominium is located in the Villa Capriani oceanfront condominium complex. The warm weather temperatures allow you to enjoy the water and have some fun in the sun from May through October. Our one-bedroom is a perfectly sized vacation condominium for couples and young families! You will enjoy a separate living room, fully equipped kitchen and kitchenette, bathroom with shower/tub and washer/dryer combo. Departure cleaning included in price of rental. Villa Capriani is constructed in the shape of a U and within the picturesque multi-level courtyard there are palm trees, large sun decks, three swimming pools, one with a waterfall, two hot tubs and a baby pool. The Villa boasts the largest swimming pool on the North Carolina Coast. PARKING ACCESS - Onsite parking is free. Guests are required to have a parking pass for Villa Capriani. Pass is located in condo. Place pass in visible location on dash or hang from mirror. If lost or not returned to condo after departure, replacement passes cost $20, per pass and you will be charged to replace. COURTYARD - POOL - BEACH - ACCESS - Guests are required to wear wrist bands to access the secured courtyard, pool and beach areas. Electronic bands are located in condo. Please keep on your wrist throughout the day for easy access to these areas. If lost or not returned to condo after departure, replacement bands cost $75, per band and you will be charged to replace. Linens and towels located in bin outside front door, upon arrival. If you have any issues with the door access code, please send us a message through Vrbo. We will monitor this during check-in and check-out times. Onsite Restaurant at Villa Capriani. Splash by the Sea restaurant is open to the public. Enjoy relaxed oceanfront dining by the sea featuring market seafood and grilled fare, family recipes, lively salads and shareable plates for family and friends. Located just inside Villa Capriani the restaurant offers indoor/outdoor seating and serves great cocktails. For more information visit the Splash by the Sea website, as they do bring in live music on the deck throughout the summer. Tables can fill up quickly during the summer. I'd recommend walking down to put your name on the list. Head back to the condo (same floor), and relax while listening to the ocean on the balcony. They will text you when your table is ready.
