Get ready to relax after a day at the parks at this tranquil 2 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom townhome with a private hot tub. We are located literally minutes away from Orlando’s biggest attractions: Disney World, Margaritaville, The Premium Outlets, and a wide variety of restaurants.
After a long day at the parks, our townhome provides the perfect atmosphere for you to rest and relax. Feel free to kick up your feet and watch a movie on the big screen or have a relaxing soak in the hot tub.
On the first floor you’ll find a well-stocked kitchen with all of the essentials you may need in order to become your own chef, morning, day, & night. From pots and pans to a deluxe coffee maker, you’ll feel right at home in our cozy abode.

The adjacent dining table accommodates up to 6 guests, perfect for home-cooked meals, remote working, and/or puzzles & board games with the family.
Our warm and inviting living room features a sleeper sofa, which can accommodate 2 additional guests as well as a flat screen TV equipped with all of the streaming services at your fingertips (BYOP – Bring your own password).
Additionally, there is a half-bathroom that is conveniently located close to the kitchen for easy access. The downstairs area also features a washer and dryer for all of your clothes washing needs.
Glass doors will lead you outside to the back patio where you’ll find a beautiful heated hot tub as well as an outdoor dining table and chairs.
The second floor consists of two private bedrooms with TVs and bathroom en-suites.

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect blend of relaxation and family-friendly amenities, which is just what we need after a fun-filled day at Disney with our two young kids. The vibrant, colorful homes and peaceful surroundings make it a welcoming retreat. We love the walking trail for our morning strolls, and the kids adore the play area with its slide and swings. The neighborhood’s quiet charm, along with the chance to spot deer and rabbits, adds a special touch to our stays. Plus, with two pools to enjoy, it’s the perfect spot for us to unwind and soak up the Florida sun.
