Your stay at the private residence amenities has a daily $55 plus tax resort fee per day that is applied at the time of check-in and payable directly to the 1Hotel and not included in the quote.

During your in-house stay you have access to Pools, Beach loungers umbrella, fitness centre access, Internet access, 24-hour business centre, free Yoga classes, use of the 1 Hotels Audi e- tron cars for short trips. The hotel has a rooftop with pool, bars, restaurants and shops.

The 1 Hotel and Homes will be authorizing your credit card at check-in for $200 per day for up to 7 days. If any incidentals, they will be charged to your temporary house account and then settled upon check out.
