Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom Santee retreat on beautiful Lake Marion. This fabulous home features 3 large bedrooms - the Master bedroom has a King bed, TV and a private bath with a soaker tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and is located next to a full bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a full bath. The kitchen, dining area and living room are very spacious and the deck off of the living room and master bedroom provides a beautiful view of Lake Marion.

Located near Santee National Golf Club, Lake Marion Golf Course and Santee Cooper Country Club Golf Club, this is a golf players dream. With boat rentals just next door and great fishing on Lake Marion, you can plan on a relaxing time. Boat launching and trailer parking is very near to this fabulous Townhome at no extra charge.
You could easily take a day trip to Charleston from this beautiful home. There are SO many reasons to visit this beautiful, historic city. We have the Lakeview! Plus, this is a very large condo. Each room has its own bathroom. And we are just an hour from Charleston!
