Welcome to An Easy Walk into Zion National Park. We are a new offering on VRBO. Previously, we offered our townhouse on another small site and received excellent reviews.
This is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse located in Springdale, Utah. Situated in Central Springdale, it is close to the local restaurants, adventure tour guides, equipment renters, and shopping. It is an easy 1 mile walk to the Zion National Park entrance and Visitor Center. If you don't want to walk, the free town shuttle to the park stops 2 blocks from the front door.
The townhouse includes a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms (each with ensuite bathroom), dining area, living room, and outdoor patio with beautiful views.
This property provides an affordable choice for anyone planning an extended stay in the spectacular Southwest. The townhouse provides a base location to visit the natural beauty of Southern Utah. Bryce Canyon National Park, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, and Antelope Canyon are just a couple hours away. Arches, Canyonland, and Mesa Verde National Parks are about 6 hours away. Winter activities available, including Brian Head Ski Resort, is only 2 hours away.
Minimum 30 night booking - Our townhouse is not zoned for nightly stays. It is an ideal option for those wanting to come to the area for a longer period and avoid expensive nightly rates. Additional nightly discount available starts over 31 days.

After visiting Zion for the past 35 years, my wife and I moved here 3 years ago from Sonoma County's wine country in northern CA. We are retired and enjoy traveling, exploring, adventuring, spending time with friends, and being outdoors in nature. When we are not in Springdale, we would love to share this unique townhouse and beautiful area with you!

Why they chose this property
Small complex of townhouses, one block off main street leading into Zion National Park. The complex is quiet, peaceful, and respectful. It is one block from a grocery store, two blocks from free shuttle leading into park. It is also an easy one-mile walk directly into the park if you prefer not to take the free town shuttle.
What makes this property unique
The location can't be beat! It's not often that you are so close that you can walk right into a National Park! In addition, the owners are very responsive to renter questions and making suggestions to enhance your experience in the southern Utah area.
