If you want to get away without breaking the bank, this studio-style unit is perfect for you! Tucked away in a quiet hall, the bedroom has a queen-sized bed with adjoining bathroom, and the living area features a full kitchen, a flat-screen TV, washer & dryer, and a comfy couch that opens up into a queen-sized bed. Enjoy all of the amenities of the resort for the price of a regular hotel room!

These unique suites offer a quiet interior location without a balcony or view but do provide access to all of the resort’s amenities for unbeatable beach prices!

All of our condos have elevator access. Covered parking under the buildings is optional. This condo also offers washer and dryer, full kitchen with all full size appliances, linens, private WiFi connection, and cable.

Our resort encompasses an entire oceanfront block and allows for the easiest beach and pool access on Tybee. The brand new pools include a large heated pool for year round enjoyment, as well as an even larger family-friendly sloping entry pool. Outdoor lounge seating completes the pool area along with a walk-up bar and restaurant at the onsite restaurant, The Deck Bar and Kitchen. Air-conditioned bathrooms and outdoor showers at the beach entrance make your visit even more enjoyable.

If you would like to travel with your dog(s), we allow up to two dogs, with the addition of a one time $100 pet fee per dog.

Beachside Colony Resort & Vacation Rentals offers the only on-site rental office on the island, open 7 days a week, and ready to help you with any information or tour booking that you need. Our resort is located on the beach, right in the middle of Tybee Island, a spot that puts it one mile from the pier, the hub of the island’s shopping and nightlife, and one mile from the Tybee Light Station, one of only 7 colonial-era lighthouses still in use in America. Directly across the street is Tybee's Memorial Park and our YMCA. This park features tennis, volleyball, basketball, and an amazing playground for kids of all ages as well as picnic and grill areas which can host small to large family gatherings. The island's library is also just across the street.

There are many restaurants within a short walking- or driving-distance, but after a long day on the beach, we invite you to enjoy The Deck Beach Bar and Grill; not only is it right in the middle of the resort, it is the only true beachfront dining experience on Tybee!

We booked last minute and did not thoroughly read the condo information. That being said we arrived to a windowless bunker of a condo. Again, I should have know this. We were ok with this as we planned on being at the beach/pool most of the time. As we arrived on Sunday we had an absolute fantastic first day until we tried to shower. The shower would not turn off. This repair on a Sunday was not easy to get done since no one is there working. Somehow it was repaired and all was good. After that we had a lovely week.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This specific condo has a connecting condo attached. Please make sure that the door is locked upon arrival. Our "neighbor" was hanging out in our condo upon arrival due to the cleaning crew not locking the door. The complex was not labeled very well and a little confusing. The front desk lady seemed annoyed when I asked for directions to our condo. Tybee Island overall never disappoints but I won't stay here again.

Best way to enjoy Beachide Colony on a budget

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this suite at Beachside Colony and come bSince it does not have a beach view is saves us a good bit so we can enjoy doing other things while we are at the beach. We love renting bikes and trying new restaurants but most of the time decide to stay by the oceanfront pool and restaurant since it is easy to not leave this wonderful resort. The pool has a gate to the beach so once you here onsite there is really no need to leave.

It was a great place to stay. The only complaint was we had 4 people staying in a one bedroom condo and the bathroom was in the only bedroom. Other than that it was great and I would stay again.

I booked room 222B for a get away. The room was clean and just as the pictures. I arrived at night and the room was cold. I attempted to turn the heat on but it wouldn't turn on. The fan to the air unit worked but not the heat or air. I made contact with management whom responded in the rain. Management could not get the unit to work. Management placed me in a better unit that was available. I will book again.
