Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of the friendly Civano community. This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom residence offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your Arizona getaway.
Relax and unwind with access to two community swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and scenic desert walking trails right in the neighborhood. Whether you're looking to explore or simply enjoy the amenities, you'll find everything you need for a memorable stay.
There are only TWO passenger parking spaces available on the property. Commercial vehicles, Trailers, Boats, etc will not be allowed to park on the premises.
The garage will not be accessible during your stay due to the owner having personal belongings inside. However, the entire home and backyard is for your personal use. Thank you for your understanding!
