This apartment is set directly adjacent to the open space and away from Ryan Gulch Rd, making it quiet and easy to get directly into the outdoors when you leave your door! 20 steps from the door are the Wildernest community trails and 1/3rd of a mile along this trail is the Mesa Cortina Wilderness. Winter or summer you can walk out the door an immediately be on a trail.
