This beautiful villa, Villa Sundance, is located in the luxurious Vista Royal district, a short walk from the supermarket, many restaurants and the pleasant beach of Jan Thiel Beach. The impressive villa is built on a large plot, which further emphasizes its allure.

There is ample space on site for 2 cars, which you can park in the shade under the carport. When you enter the villa you will immediately feel at home. The decor is cozy with a tropical touch.

The living room has a cozy sitting area with TV on which you can receive all Dutch channels. You have access to free WIFI here, but also in the rest of the villa.

The kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped as you would expect from a luxury villa. There is an oven, microwave, dishwasher and large double-door refrigerator. While you prepare the meals, your housemates can sit down and enjoy a view of the tropical garden through the large, completely retractable wall. This gives the wonderful inside = outside feeling.

You can enjoy meals on the covered terrace with a view of the large magnesium swimming pool. (so no chlorine). There are sunbeds around the pool for sun worshipers and would you like to spend some time in the shade? Then take a seat under the large palapa at the head of the pool. From here you have an overview of the garden and the villa.

On the ground floor you will find 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bedrooms have wonderful box-spring beds and there is plenty of cupboard space.

The beautiful master bedroom is located on the first floor and has an en suite bathroom. You step onto the balcony through sliding doors and have a view of the garden and the surrounding area.
