Beautiful private home all within walking distance of beautiful Parker River Beach! New kitchen and bathrooms 2019!
We welcome you and your family to enjoy your vacation at our beautiful beach house in South Yarmouth - just steps away from Parkers River Beach. We purchased our beach house just a few years ago and have updated all of the decor to make this your home away from home, as it is ours.
Enjoy the convenience of parking your car and taking a short stroll to our family friendly beach! This beach is unique and offers the following: bathhouse, showers, concession stand,lifeguards, and even a playground to entertain your little ones. On your walk home, stop off at Skippers famous deck and enjoy a cocktail, appetizer, and even an ice cream! Why not? You are on vacation...
We are also only 1 mile away from Bass River Beach which is a beautiful beach with the same amenities as well as fishing and boating access...
Relax on our welcoming front porch or enjoy the spacious new deck and outside shower. Enjoy the privacy that you have in our home as well as the amazing location. Minutes from Rt 28 where all the restaurants, activities, and scenic Cape Cod attractions are located.
You will enjoy all the amenities we have to offer to make your stay as comfortable as being in your own home. We finally found our beach house! Beautifully taken care of home with hardwood floors and all the extra's. We just built a contemporary new wrap around deck with a roomy outside shower just off of the sun room.
The first floor has two living rooms each with sleeper sofas which leaves plenty of sleeping space for guests. A beautiful 4 season sun room overlooks the deck, great for entertaining. We also have flat screen TV's, cable, board games, kids books, and a washer/dryer as well as WIFI for your convenience.
The master bedroom comes with a king bed, the first bedroom has a queen, and the third guestroom has a brand new double bed with trundle twin and a trundle bed that pulls out.
Linens – We have sheets for all beds, bath towels, beach towels, dish towels but ask that you kindly wash and dry before your departure if you choose to use them.

About the host
Hosted by Melissa and Dave
Our names are Melissa and Dave. We are both professionals, who were raised in Massachusetts. We both grew up vacationing on Cape Cod and once we met and got married we knew a beach house was in our near future. Dave spent time living in Texas and Hawaii and Melissa has never left the comforts of New England, but all roads always have led us back to Boston and of course Cape Cod! We enjoy spending time with our time with family. Traveling is a big part of our lives so having this home on Cape Cod allows us the best of both worlds by choosing to rent it out for others to enjoy, while we explore new adventures!
Why they chose this property
We chose this home because of its location. We spent many summer days and nights in the Yarmouth beaches when we met and were dating, as my parents, and aunt and uncle both have beach homes near by. When we saw this house we knew it was right! We love the proximity to the beach, and Skippers Chowder house and the convenience of just parking your car and walking where you want to be.
What makes this property unique
We absolutely love the layout and privacy of our home and enjoy summer days relaxing either on the front porch rocking in the chairs, or spending time on the huge back deck in our very private back yard. The layout inside is nice and open for cooking, playing games, entertaining and sharing memories!
