Pelican Point features 1400 square foot, 2- bedrooms with King and Queen beds, 2 1/2 baths , fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar with 2-bar stools and dining table with 4-chairs, washer and dryer, Master King Suite has views of Gulf of Mexico with walk out balcony and flat screen tv. 2nd Guest bedroom has a Queen bed and adjoining full bath with tub/ shower combo and flat screen tv. Living room has comfortable seating, sofa sleeper with large flat screen TV, DVD player. Decor features classic theatrical movie photos complete with comfortable furnishings to make you feel at home. Wonderful front porch complete with lounge chairs to enjoy the views of the ocean.

Quiet beach steps away to make this a relaxing location, just minutes from restaurants, shops and attractions. Welcome to Pelican Point! Golf cart rental available.

Great location

comfortable apartment for 4 adults, well equiped kitchen. beach access right across the street which is not the case for many properties on Navarre Beach. 2 bed/bath combos on top floor. Spacious living area below & parking for 2 vehicles on ground level. Very responsive property management. Apartment interior could use some attention - reason for 4 instead 5 overall rating.

Perfect location!

Great access to the beach and stocked with everything you need for a great week! We enjoyed using the kitchen and also all of the beach supplies they had available for use.

Great Location! Wonderful Stay!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here! Very clean and has everything you need for the beach! There were beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach toys, and more! Right across the street from public beach access and short drive to restaurants and shopping!

Beautiful stay

Property was beautiful. Exactly as described in listing. Has everything that you would need for a wonderful beach vacation. All you need to bring is yourself, change of clothes, and some food.

Quick Walk to Beach, Great Stay!

The condo was a quick (3-5 min) walk from rental to boardwalk to shore. It was stocked with beach towels and chairs, so we were good to go. A previous review stated that none of the umbrellas worked so we brought our own—don’t know if this is still the case and didn’t check their umbrella supply. The master bedroom had a comfortable bed, and the bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked for family needs. We enjoyed the back deck, we’re we had a partial view of bay, and we appreciated the shade cover located on that deck. We would definitely stay here again—can’t beat having a clean rental, proximity to beach, beach supplies, a comfortable bed, and well stocked kitchen! Thank you for offering a great rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visit Navarre every spring in search of sun, waves and time with family. Pelican Point was a nice little place to have as a “home base” for our family of 4 while experiencing both the beach (5 minute walk) and the Santa Rosa sound (10 minute walk). Pelican Point has a well equipped kitchen (fyi-small coffee maker), comfortable furniture and beds. The living room and master bedroom both have nice little balconies with ocean views (across street), and back deck (just outside the kitchen/dining area) are all great peaceful places to enjoy a morning coffee and book. We really enjoyed using the bikes to get to the pier and nearby shops. Even though there wasn’t a usable beach umbrella, there were plenty of beach chairs provided. The property manager was available when needed, very kind and easy to work with especially with checking in, accessing the door code and check out. We will add Pelican Point to our long list of great Navarre properties to frequent in the future! 😎🌅

house was great, included toys and beach items were very nice to have. Only complaint is the Wi-Fi. It was next to unusable. but it encouraged us to spend more time outside.

Perfect Location

Very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful week over the Christmas holiday! The location was perfect, easy walk to the beach even in the freezing temps! Management quickly addressed everything! The internet was spotty but we managed. Recommend!

Relaxing!

Check out East Bay Crab House, the best seafood ever! The townhome had everything you could possibly need from the kitchen to the beach items. The view from the ocean side and the Bay side was great. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was really hoping for a relaxing place. This wasn’t what we wanted. The unit was dirty and had an odd smell about it. Easily fixable with some attention. It also had an issue with the temp upstairs and other maintenance issues that seemed to be general neglect. Did anything really bad happen? No. Would it be on my list of places to rent again? No.

We had an issue with the TV and they were there within 20 minutes of reporting it to remedy the situation. The only negative feedback is that the doors to the balconies were difficult to open and close. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

In front there is a trail most of the length of the island for walking or morning jog. The property was clean and every thing we needed was there. However,the main deck door does stick and could be difficult to open but we did anyway as the view from the front is great.

A much needed break!

Great location, comfortable and clean, we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the beauty of Navarre Beach. The property only needed some minor repair to be perfect, and the few issues were minor and didn't detract from our stay. I would definitely recommend Pelican Point to others and hope to return myself in the future. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this home!

We had a blast!

The location was great! The condo was clean for the most part, some mold in the upstairs bathroom and the fridge smelled like rotten fish. Overall, I was happy with our stay. There are some beach chairs, umbrellas and other stuff to use but make sure it’s not broken before you carry it to the beach with you.

However, the dishwasher didn't work, the front door didn't open properly. The condo needs updating and a good bug person. Sadly, will not rent this one again.
