Home has high on ceilings, high windows, stainless steel new appliances, 2 microwaves (convection & regular), remote ceiling fans, touch less kitchen faucet, granite counter tops, remote fireplace, garden tub and walk in shower, washer & dryer, flat screen TVs, Intercom system (6 areas of home), games room with PS5 and games, 100 + channel with sports and movie channels, wireless security system, white baby grand piano, modern furniture, family room, serene back yard, no back neighbors. Home has 5 bedrooms (1 unavailable), 3 full bathrooms & 1 half bathroom, family room, Piano bar. The back yard has an outdoor kitchen with sink, mini refrigerator and gas grill. There is also an electric grill available for use. Outdoor furniture with table, chairs and umbrella are available in the large grassy area. The home has premium voice activated cable, high speed Internet, computer, printer and professional copy machine. The home, garage and spacious back yard available for use. Sprinkler system is automatic and grass is cut weekly in summer and bi-weekly other times of year. Great home for those relocating to the City, those needing comfort while their home is being repaired, those on long term business or leisure or those building in the community and desiring to enroll children in school. School bus picks up at the corner which is two houses away. The schools are exemplary schools and neighborhood safe! Glassware, dishes, appliances, bottled water for guest use. Upscale grocery store, restaurants, and shopping center in walking distance. The home is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and hand sanitizers, Lysol spray, and alcohol wipes are provided for guest use.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was more than enough space for all of us. The owners were extremely flexible, accommodating and friendly. It was a nice location with everything we needed right down the street. The Christmas lights and decor was a bonus!

Delightful House and Wonderful Host

Great House and Convenient Location!

Absolutely a Great, Great choice for a family on vacation! The house was very clean, organized and tranquil. There was ample towels, sheets, extra pillows, toothbrush, soap, lotion, etc. The owner also stocked the pantry and refrigerator with cases of water and soft drinks for our use. My kids had their own area upstairs and loved their bed, tv and board games. The best part was the piano and backyard space. We wished we could have stayed longer but will definitely select this property on our next return to the area!”

10 out of 10. OmG where do I start? I travel all year long and with all that is going on in this crazy world 🌎 it is refreshing to know that there is somewhere to retreat to with your family and not want for a single thing. I always come prepared with essential items and then some, but this home was fully equipped with EVERYTHING. Spending time with my family is important to us and to have somewhere to lay back, be safe, and reserved was more and I could ask; not mention it was EXTREMELY CLEAN 🤩. The scenic environment in the surrounding areas was icing on the cake. This property is truly underadvertised; a hidden gem 💎 Thank you for having us and we look forward to returning. Great house, Great location!

We have had a great experience at this property! The house is beautiful with plenty of space for our family, and it is located in a quiet neighborhood with stores nearby. Everything was provided for us to have a very comfortable stay. The property owners have been very helpful and have thought of everything while setting up the house for our visit.

This home is what ever you want it to be. Serene and quiet with no back neighbors or festive and happy with the ability to listen to music throughout including grassy back yard and outdoor kitchen including sink, fridge and 2 BBQ grills (gas and electric). There is an Exclusive Baldwin Baby Grand Piano for guest use.
Close to Houston Metro area, but located in a quiet pristine neighborhood. Daily rate for the use of house, garage and back yard is lower than renting 1 room in an upscale hotel. The home thoroughly disinfected after before each guest and hand sanitizers, Lysol spray and wipes are provided for guest use.

Located, Location, Location!!! The home is located within a new upscale community with no back neighbors. The street is family friendly and manicured. There is a Nature Reserve, walking track and Lakes in walking distance. There are parks, playgrounds, fitness center, gas station, pharmacy, grocery and restaurant in walking distance. There are parks, university, museum, mall, hospitals, restaurants, post office and library in close proximity.
