A waterfront park-like setting is one you don't want to miss. With the South Beach Marina in the distance, enjoy the manicured landscaping of Braddock Cove Club from the 2nd-floor open-air deck along with the ground-floor screen porch. The 2019 rebuild from the studs, is impressive in materials used and overall design of an open kitchen - family room concept. Coastal living is at its best with wide plank wood floors, white kitchen quartz, cabinets, and a top-of-the-line Wolfe gas stove and electric oven. All together, this townhome makes for the perfect Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter getaway!
NOTE REGARDING SOUTH BEACH SEA PINES GUESTS: Phase 5 of the Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project is scheduled to begin in early fall 2024 with an estimated completion time of Spring 2025. This project is vital for repairing and improving the stormwater drainage system and the roadway and leisure trail conditions along South Sea Pines Drive.
• Heavy machinery and construction vehicles will travel to and from the project site.
• Single-lane road closures and flagging operations will be in place daily, weather permitting. Temporary full lane closures may be required at times.
• Motorists should expect traffic delays, and traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bike riders and pedestrians.
• Sidewalks and leisure trails in the project area will be closed as needed. Pedestrians and bike riders should expect delays and be prepared to stop and follow detours.
• For safety, bike riders will be required to dismount and walk bikes around the active work zones.
