Welcome home to your adventure in the Capital city, where your daily living needs are seamlessly met within our luxury apartments. Whether you are staying solo, as a couple, or with friends, our dwellings have high-end furnishings and modern amenities. This two-bedroom suite includes a fully equipped kitchen, private bedroom, two full bathrooms, washer and dryer, and living room. For added comfort, our suites are adorned with lush textures, soothing hues, and Victorian elements inspired by nearby Logan Circle.

Garage parking is available but spots are very limited and must be reserved and paid for in advance. Please contact us to add parking to your reservation.

We offer a seamless check-in process. After booking, you will receive a link to complete our security verification portal. Once your reservation date arrives, you will receive all the details needed to access your apartment suite. We will be available by email and text should you need anything before or during your stay.

The cleaning fee includes a starter kit of amenities for you to use during your stay. Amenities are not refilled for stays 30 days or more.

Property Note: The Liz building places you in the heart of the city, steps from its best restaurants and attractions. This prime location comes with the authentic sounds of city life – traffic, pedestrians, the occasional siren, and the ongoing expansion of the city (think construction). While we've taken measures to create a peaceful respite inside, embracing the city's energy is all part of the Liz experience.
