Berkshires Lakefront Retreat Peaceful and Beautiful

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Pictures don’t do this space justice. It is just a special sweet spot for you and your family. This recently updated space is comfortable and beautiful. It has room for the family.

Perfect spot to disconnect or to plan a day trip to one of the many Beautiful Berkshire attractions.

The space
Here we have a lakefront 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Serene, tranquil, and comfortable. There is a front porch glider but I think that the realtor defined the house as a mullet, business in the front and all fun in the back. You walk up stairs to enter through our smart lock into our mudroom. Then enter the home and there is a playful coat area and pantry with countertop kitchen items (ice machine, blender, mixer, toaster and more. )

The washer and dryer are at the end of the hallway to easily wash your clothes or towels during your stay. Then you enter the well equipped kitchen. Large counter, double oven, coffee station. Plenty of space to host a family dinner. There four seats at the counter, a kitchen table that seats 6 and another table that could easily handle another 6. The kitchen table and living room are open with vaulted ceilings and a brick fireplace.

Through a set of french doors you make your way to the sun room. Very comfortable lots of seating, with a beautiful unobstructed view of Big Robin lake. There is a kids corner with art supplies for the kids to get creative.

Off the kitchen, there is a new renovated bath with walk in shower. Beyond the bathroom is our first bedroom. Very peaceful vibe with a king size bed.

On this main floor you have sliding glass door to a deck, a bbq grill and stairs that take you to out door dining, fire pit, loungers, games, kayaks and stand up paddle boards and more.

Back inside, take the stairs up to the second floor. We have two additional bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other two full size beds.

The bathroom was renovated and has a tub and shower.

Go downstairs to the basement where there are two couches and a 55 inch television. We have many, games and cards for guests to use.

We have a beautiful pool table and an air hockey table. We have a bar table and a mini fridge as well. The basement has a door that goes out to the backyard. When you walk out we have seating in a covered area with a cozy gas firepit. We also have a screened in dining area.

I am sure I am forgetting something that you will have to discover. We are excited to share this beautiful spot with you.
Guest access
The guests will have access to the house. We do have an owners closet. We have an electrical closet and an attic that are not for guest use.


We use a wifi enabled lock for guests to enter the house.
Other things to note
The lake is shallow until you get further out.
No diving off the dock.
No lifeguards.
Swim at your own risk.
Supervise children.
Kayaks and stand up paddle boards are on site (use at your own risk)
There are life vests for safety.

Becket is in the Berkshires in a forest area. There will be wildlife. Chipmunks, raccoon, bunnies, even bear.

Please don't leave food outside or garbage outside. Garbage can go from the house to the shed. Then make sure the shed is closed and latched.

There will be bugs, mosquitoes, gnats etc. To minimize what is in the house, remember to close doors.

We provide a lot of towels. Please use only what you need. Please wash and dry towels before checkout if you can or as many as you can. This will keep our total cleaning costs down.
