This fantastic home is conveniently located, making it easy to plan your visit. This Modern Oasis is a newly remodeled 4-bedroom house with an 8-foot privacy fence. It features a brand-new, remotely controlled heated pool and hot tub! Enjoy the best Houston location!
Note: The pool is heated via a propane tank, subject to gas levels. The home is near a church, so there may be music for 1-2 hours occasionally. Also note that the 4th bedroom is the pool house that is detached from the main home.
Events are allowed!

Not a 4 bedroom house

The 4th bedroom is in an outbuilding with a window AC, no heat, no deadbolt and no curtain over one of the windows. Additional while the house says it sleeps 10, 2 of the beds didn’t have a top sheet or blanket. The check-in instructions did not match what we found on site. The furniture is all very cheap - the dining chair legs bent under the weight of a 150# adult and the beds creaked terribly just rolling over and the mattresses are all hard. There is minimal cookware, but lots of food left in the cabinets. The pool and hot tub were clean and the hot tub did get hot when we requested heating.

Not as described

First issue was that at check in we were asked to download an app for access which did not end up working and had to access the keys from the lock box. When we pulled in from driving 8 hrs, the gate to the property was open, broken and does not in fact lock. There was extension cords on the front porch and back porch just laying there. When we walked in there was a musty smell. Walls are not clean. Chairs were broken and we could not all sit together during dinner. Pool was dirty, they stated the color was due to the pollen but there was a lot of bugs. It did get better when they stated they cleaned the pool but not by a lot. There was not enough toilet paper to accommodate 10 people in the house and when asked for more they said the team to work on it and we never got any. The fence in the back was leaning like it was about to fall and was getting fixed while we were there. There were no napkins in the kitchen. The area is not what we expected and it smelt like marijuana on multiple occasions when we were outside. We found ramen on the bed , a dirty comb behind the mirror of one the bedrooms. I’m not one to usually leave reviews but this listing is not what is described or pictured.
