This south-side-of-Holland, charming cottage is the perfect gathering spot! It features a covered, wrap-around porch with a hammock, chaise loungers and a seating area for morning coffee or afternoon relaxing. The backyard offers a fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and space for yard games. Kayaks are provided and a launch is located right at the end of street! It's a quick ride to Laketown Beach and a 10 minute drive to both Downtown Holland. With 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a pull out couch on the main level, it's a perfect spot for your group of 6 guests.
