The property was nice, it just lacked thoughtfulness. There was no shower curtain, no hand soap, no hair dryer. Not deal breakers but just small things that would’ve made the stay much more enjoyable.
Great place with access to the convention center/seaport area
Really nice 2 bed/2 bath unit in a good neighborhood just steps from the beach which was great for going on runs in the morning. Also less than 10min walk to a cute little neighborhood with bars/restaurants and convenience stores. Less than 10 min uber right to the convention center. Overall really suited our needs for attending a conference at a MUCH better price than you could get from any of the hotels. My only critiques are that the check-in instructions were in accurate regarding location of lock boxes and the key that was supposed to be in the lock box was not present. We were still able to get in but had to leave the unit open when we left until they got us a key, which they did late in the evening on our first night but the communication was slightly delayed. Additionally there was no toilet paper, soap, or shampoo in one of the bathrooms so had to go buy some. Overall though really had a good experience and would definitely stay here again.

False advertising
This place would have been ok, had they been honest about how many people it sleeps. There are 2 beds, not 3. Our 5th guest had nowhere to sleep. We had to go buy an air mattress and bedding. Super disappointing. The other issues: there is a tv and no remote to work the tv. There is no garage opener, so you have to go in the front door to get to the garage to open each time you come back. The primary room mattress is the actual worst thing I’ve ever experienced in my life. Feels like sleeping on a chain link fence.

Overall the property was nice. It was a very quiet part of town close to a lot of dining options, about a 20 minute walk from a target and about an hour walk from historic boston. All the residents in the area were very nice and the room was just what i needed.
The property feels like it just needs a few odds and ends buttoned up. Such as the remote for the tv isnt to the tv (to be fair i never contacted the property owner about this because i spent the overwhelming majority of my trip exploring the city and the outlying areas). The beds are very firm so just he aware of that. It also feels like there should be a few more peices of furniture such as nightstands in the bedroom. There are other items that should be addressed such as an outlet missing the cover and some on the hot/cold handles at some point seem to have been swapped.
It would be nice if there was some document, maybe framed in the kitchen to tell you certain things like when trash pickup is that would have been nice.
Overall it was a nice place and i dont want to discourage anyone. All the positive definitely outweighted any negatives that i had.
If you stay i hope you enjoy your gift as much as i did.
Worst rental experience in 30+ years. Guests with children beware!
Property had clearly been rushed into service and was not ready for guest occupation. A number of safety issues need to be resolved before someone gets hurt.
No communication whatsoever from the management company weeks after booking and check-in details were not provided until we reported the problem. On arrival, property had been left unlocked, but no key provided to lock the door from the outside, so we could not leave the property and had to cancel our restaurant reservation. No instructions were left for anything in the property.
Only one thin fleece blanket was provided per bed for October, with no spares in cupboards. AC did not provide adequate heating, so we had to sleep in clothing. Wifi did not work and network could not be found. The large TV had been left precariously hanging on a rail, so needs to be fixed before it falls on a child. There were no batteries in the remote, so although we could not go out, we could not even watch the TV. Toilet roll ran out first use and no spare rolls. No shower curtain over bath and ran too slowly to fill. Dangerous, exposed socket in bedroom. Fire surround was loose, with access to exposed wires. Broken glass pieces had been left on a kitchen shelf. No fire extinguisher/blanket in kitchen. There was no hairdryer, iron and board, as stated in the listing.
Reported the main issues to management via email on arrival evening, as no telephone contact provided. Two detailed follow-up emails sent, but no response after 2 weeks!

Relocated twice days before check-in
3 days before our scheduled check-in, I was notified that there was an emergency at the property that I booked and that I needed to be relocated to a different property.The first property they were relocating me to had fewer amenities than the original, i.e. no TV or Coffee maker on premises, but I complied and re-arranged our trip itinerary accordingly.On the day of check-in, I was notified that once again, we needed to be relocated 3 hours before we were scheduled to arrive at the 2nd property.The 3rd property was missing the one amenity we cared about most: private parking.I told the property manager I felt a partial refund for the inconvenience was in order, and I was completely ignored.I understand emergencies happen, but the management of the situation was incredibly poor.
