Large, clean look, modern style, very functional and comfortable with large pictures windows facing the majestic mountain Etna volcano and the Catania's Bay and surrounding areas. The Villa has four bedrooms, sleeps 8 +. Not built as a normal house as the other around it but as a villa should be with all amenities for the comfort of a relaxing vacation. Private swimming pool. Very large, covered BBQ area, laundry room available and a private road for lots of privacy . From the terrace the view is magnificent you can see forever, even the coast of Itay. Close to the private beach Near by and all the major important historical sites. Siracusa, Taormina and more. Close to the airport of Catania and lots of local restaurants. Mama and papa groceries store with traditional wood baking oven for fresh baked bread and other goods located few steps away from the villa. Something to experience.

Impressione positiva.

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno. La casa è molto grande e comoda, la piscina abbastanza grande per tutti. Suggerirei la ristrutturazione dei locali sottostanti, poiché nelle stanze presenti nelle foto è possibile soggiornare solamente in 8. Inoltre qualche piccolo intervento di manutenzione, per rimodernare i locali, sarebbe utile, ma non indispensabile. Soggiorno consigliato.

Erstaunlich und einzigartig schlecht

Das Haus war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet,Kochutensilien und Geschirr waren zu wenig, teils kaputt und verschmutzt.Wir mussten Einweggeschirr kaufen.Die Klimaanlage war defekt, das Wasser lief neben einer Steckdose her,versprochene Hilfe kam nicht,somit musste ich selber notdürftig dies beheben.In einem Schlafzimmer war die Wand feucht.In dem Wassertank der Kaffeemaschine sind zahlreiche kleine tote Tierchen geschwommen.Die Bäder unsauber, Siffons mit Haaren verklebt,rostige Fenster wobei manche fast durchgerostet sind,insgesamt alles sehr stark abgewohnt, auf der Website super beschrieben,die Realität sieht anders aus,leider.Die unteren Räume nicht nutzbar,da ebenfalls dreckig.Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen,es gab keinerlei Informationen für diverse Sachen wie Müllentsorgung etc. Ein Hauswart der den Pool reinigte und Laub fegte konnte einfach auf das Grundstück, das geht gar nicht,das er mit Schlüssel rein kommt,ohne vorher Bescheid zu sagen.Das einzige gute war der Pool und der kurze Weg zum Meer.Diese Immobilie würde ich niemandem empfehlen,nicht im jetzigen Zustand.Als die erste Beschwerde beim Vermieter ankam, waren die Bekannten des Vermieters sehr wortkarg und sagten kein Wort bei der Abreise.Für uns war dieses Haus sehr enttäuschend und somit passt mit allen vorher genannten Mängeln das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in keiner Weise.

Lovely holiday in coastal Sicily, nice pool and living area, but overall it needs lots of upkeep

We had a lovely week in Sicily at the villa. It location is amidst a private holiday community that is right on the coast. It was a very short walk down the hill to the sea. There is also a nice restaurant/bar at the area entrance (Rey Sol). However there were a few things that didn't quite hit the spot. Part of the villa was closed off to us, so it only slept 8 and not 10 as advertised. There was no internet connection which was not clear in the description. The villa was colourful, although not that clean or well maintained: dusty floors and kitchen equipment, slightly tatty or broken fixings. The outside cooking and eating area was not in a ready state to be used. On the plus side, the main styled living area was great and the pool was brilliant to have. With some simple uplifting this place could indeed be amazing again.

Build to the strict specifications of a Austrian ambassador. Money was not a object. Due to its beauty and location, the Villa was used as a set to make various famous movies. Hosting many celebrities, actors , movies stars and important political figures. When I purchased this gorgeous property i decided to retired it from the spot light and used solo for a peaceful vacation place just for me and my family.
