This charming 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests, making it ideal for family gatherings or group getaways. Nestled in the lively area of Panama City Beach, you’ll be just moments away from the beautiful beach and local attractions, ensuring endless fun and convenience.

The spacious interior boasts multiple living areas where everyone can gather and enjoy their time together. The cozy living area features sofa beds that easily convert into extra sleeping space, a Smart TV for movie nights, and a dining area with seating for 12. Entertainment options abound with a Ladderball game and Twister for family-friendly fun. The fully equipped kitchen is ready to meet all your culinary needs, complete with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and refrigerator with an ice maker. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are also available.

Retreat to the luxurious primary bedroom, featuring a King-sized bed, a TV, and a private bathroom with double vanities. The second bedroom is designed for excitement with a triple bunk bed, a TV, and an arcade game. Both the third and fourth bedrooms offer comfortable Queen-sized beds and TVs, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The second bathroom is conveniently located near the kitchen and accessible from common areas, providing ease of use for all guests.

Outside, the fenced backyard is a secure haven where children can play freely. Enjoy outdoor meals and relaxation with a charcoal grill and a covered porch with six chairs. Plus, guests are welcome to bring their own golf carts, adding an extra layer of convenience during your stay.

Beach Access
Sunset By The Sea: From home, walk south towards the beach. On the right side of Sterling Beach condos there is a public parking lot with free parking. Take the walkway to the beach. This is the path to beach access 12A. Barracuda and Outlaws Barbecue can be reached on foot for food, drinks, and live music. There also is a protected crosswalk on Holiday which is great for families.

Beachside Sunrise: From home, walk south towards the beach. You can choose from beach access 1, 2 or 3, or the ramp to the right of Treasure Island. There's a secret shortcut on the west side of Shore Shack. Newby's, Shore Shack Pizza, Thomas Drive Waffle and Patches can be walked to for food, drinks, coffee and live music. There's lots of free public parking near Newby's.

Tropic Like It's Hot: From home, walk south towards the beach. Rick Seltzer Park has public bathrooms, showers, changing rooms and lots of free public parking. Finn's Island Style Grub, Liza's Kitchen, Mr Surf's Surf Shop can be walked to for food, drinks, coffee and live music.

Panama City Beach
You’re less than 10 minutes from Pier Park, with lots of shopping, dining, and entertainment options and 10 minutes to Inlet Beach and Rosemary Beach. You get to experience everything Scenic 30A has to offer for a fraction of the cost of staying in Rosemary, WaterColor or Seaside. An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
