We have 2 bedrooms one with double bed and one with two singls. There is a double fold out sofa in the living area that can sleep up to 6 persons. 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer. Living area, dining area. TV, DVD Player, WiFi available. Iron/ironing board.
Shared back courtyard with barbeque.
One vehicle free parking included.

With easy access to the main road, making it quick and easy to visit all the island's beaches. From nearby bustling town of Nidri (7 kms) you can visit the “Princes' Islands" (Meganisi, Skorpios, Madouri, Kastos etc) by ship, sea taxi or rented yacht and swim at their lovely beaches.

Katohori is a traditional village on the eastern side of the island, built on a green hillside.

At the village tavern you can enjoy unique delicacies made with fresh local produce.
It's a ideal destination for a quiet and refreshing break from the daily grind.

The house you will be staying in includes everything mentioned on the website and you are required to deliver it in the same state at your departure. You will find the house clean and with all the amenities mentioned in the website. All damages must be reported and compensated. House cleaning and bed linen changes are the guest’s responsibility. Fresh bed linens and clean towels will be provided to you every 4 days. If you wish to have it done for you there is an extra charge depending on the frequency. Please respect the facility and correct use rules. All electrical appliances and air conditioning during your absence must be switched off. Please use them correctly. Washing machines must not be used during quiet hours, especially early in the morning and late in the evening, because of the excessive noise. Please respect quiet hours so that all guests can enjoy their holidays. Please don’t speak loudly in the common areas, from 14.00-17.00 and 23.00-08.00. If you have any questions or problems during your stay please contact me. Arrival : after 14.00 Departure : before 10.00
