Within less than 5 minutes, you’ll find The Lift Adventure Park, a water park where you can ski and enjoy the sun on its beaches, perfect for fun-filled days.

In the same distance, there is a variety of restaurants and an ice cream shop, ideal for spending a family day by the sea.

Additionally, less than two miles away, heading south on Route 19, you have access to supermarkets, pharmacies, and liquor stores for all your everyday needs.

For a greater variety of restaurants and parks, head less than 10 minutes north on Route 19 to explore a wide selection of options.

For getting around, it’s best to use a car, as there is no public transportation in the area. Additionally, there are several rental car options nearby if you don’t have your own vehicle or need a different one.

● Cleaning and Maintenance:
Guests are expected to leave the property in acceptable cleanliness conditions. This includes not leaving dirty pots and pans in the kitchen, avoiding excessive trash accumulation in containers, and preventing stains on floors and walls. If additional cleaning is required after your departure, an extra charge equivalent to the cleaning fee stated in the reservation will apply.

● Communication for Local Guests:
Local guests must communicate with the host before making a reservation.

● Unregistered Visitors Restrictions:
Overnight unregistered visitors are not allowed. Any visit not included in the reservation will incur an additional charge based on the current extra guest rate.

● Welcome to Families with Children:
Children are welcome, but please specify the number of children in the reservation.

● Maximum Capacity:
The maximum number of people allowed on the property is 10 at any time.
