* PLEASE NOTE : The studio has everything but a stove top. Not a kitchen per say but a place where you can make food - Full size fridge, Full size microwave, large toaster over, 3 way coffee / tea / expresso maker. Grill outside. The washer and dryer are shared with me / or any guest renting the other side of the main house.
The studio and house units though attached are separated by a 9-foot hallway. In that hallway there is a full-size bathroom and utility room. Which holds the washer and dryer that is shared. There are two locking doors from The Studio unit into the main home unit. They both lock off and a simple knock on the door or communication through me to access to Shared washer and dryer is advised when needed.

*Open to discuss a very trained pet . Small pets under, 30lbs 10$ per day for pet. Plus additional deposit.

Studio Guest have 1 car parking, WiFi, Pool & Grill access.
