Plus, a luxurious misting system will keep you calm and cool despite those hot California temperatures. Just make sure you duck if you hear someone yell “fore”!

Indoors, experience the relief of air conditioning in inviting spaces where you’ll be inclined to recline and relax after long days spent on the patio, practicing your swing, or exploring the surrounding area. The living room offers plush sofa seating, a large smart TV, and even a gas fireplace to turn the room into a cozy place to watch movies during the cooler months. The open floor plan creates synergy between rooms to keep the conversation flowing, with the dining room and table just steps away. With seating for 6, it’s perfect for formal meals as well as casual bites, or perhaps a family game night. Bedroom #1 includes a California king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and separate soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a TV.

Bedroom #3 is located via a separate entrance at the front of the home and includes a queen size bed, TV, mini fridge, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Garage parking is available for up to 2 vehicles with additional parking in the driveway. EV charger is included!
A deposit of $1500/month is due prior to check-in to cover the cost of utilities for this home. Once utilities are deducted from this deposit at the end of your stay, the remainder will be returned. If the cost of utilities should exceed the allotted $1500/month, please note that guests are required to cover the difference.
