The home greets you with a delightful backyard patio — perfect for a BBQ and located only a few steps from 1 of the 9 saltwater community pools.

The living room is bright and airy. Washed in cream-colored walls with soothing furniture and wooden fixtures, it’s made for cozy evenings with friends and family. Comfy couches surround a crackling fireplace. Large windows allow abundant natural light. The flat screen Smart TV elevates the entertainment quotient.

Dig into hearty meals at the indoor dining table and whip up homemade recipes in the gourmet kitchen. Spacious and fully-functioning, it’s complete with glossy granite countertops, modern cabinetry and a large island. Stainless-steel appliances, including a blender, stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, oven and refrigerator are stocked for your convenience.

The home sleeps 7 guests in 3 bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 is the master, which has a king-size bed, spacious bathroom, roaring fireplace, and panoramic views.
Bedroom 2 comes with a queen-size bed and reading chair. Bedroom 3 offers 2 twin beds, and access to a bathroom across the hall, which includes a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:

An additional bathroom is available. A private 2-car garage is available. A large laundry room is provided. Legacy Villas is a 24/7 guard gated community.

In reservations longer than 29 nights, the guest pays the actual cost of utilities. A $1500 utility deposit is required at time of check in and the actual utility costs will be deducted from this deposit within 21 days of departure.

Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
