Engage in friendly competition with a game of giant Connect 4, laughter filling the air. As the sun sets, gather with friends on the outdoor lounge seating by the propane fire pit, share stories, and make new memories. For a romantic touch, sway gently on the patio porch swing for two. This vacation home opens to a spacious living room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 65-inch Samsung Smart television and natural gas fireplace with comfort. You'll be able to stay cool under the switch-controlled ceiling fan. The casual dining room features a dining table with seating for 6. The fully equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances, such as a bottom freezer refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser. It offers everything one needs to create a perfect meal, including granite countertops.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, remote-controlled ceiling fan, large reach-in closet, and patio access.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, reach-in closet, patio access.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, remote-controlled ceiling fan, patio access, large reach-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Street and driveway parking available for up to 4 vehicles.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, mounted on the doorbell and actively monitoring the front entrance.
• Pool heat is available at an additional cost of $100 per day. To have pool heat added, please contact the Customer Care Team PRIOR to your arrival.

Please be aware that the pool and spa heating fee is not included in the total booking charges and must be paid before check-in. Pool heating is available October through May, and requests should be made at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.

Depending on the property, the pool heating fee may cover both the pool and spa if the system allows. For properties where the pool and spa operate on separate heating systems, a separate fee is required for spa heating only. Each property has unique pool controls and systems.
