🌊 Cruise in style through the WindMark Beach Community day or evening and to the 10 boardwalk access points to WindMark Beach in our new 6 Person golf cart equipped with CarPlay. (Renter must sign golf cart agreement/liability waiver & rules in order to use the golf cart)

☀️Wake up in a luxurious king room, with soft sunlight streaming through the windows. Prepare for your day in the spacious master bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, large bathtub, private toilet, and walk in closet.

✨Down the hall, find 2 beach inspired queen bedrooms, each with its own unique style, comfortable bedding, reading lamps, and smart TV.

🌟A charming bunk room filled with 2 sets of sturdy twin bunk beds, bean bags, and reading lamps provide cozy accommodations for children, teens, or even adults.

🚿🧺The main bath is fitted with a shower/tub combo and the laundry room features GE Profile appliances, laundry baskets, along with pool/beach towels and a starter set of laundry pods and dryer sheets.

👶Traveling with a little one in tow? You'll find a portable pack-n-play and high-chair to help make your visit a little easier and more comfortable!

🥘🍪☕️Whip up gourmet meals or a simple snack during your stay in the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with new appliances, granite countertops, and kitchen accessories including a Ninja coffee maker (pot or single serve), electric tea kettle, blender, and air fryer.

🍽️ Kitchen island seats 4 and the dining table comfortably seats 6, perfect for sharing meals, visiting, and playing games with family and friends.

🎲🎞️📀🃏Relax in the comfortable living room with ample seating and a large screen TV. Hi-speed Wi-Fi is available to stream programming and movies of choice using your own streaming accounts. Enjoy a game of Monopoly, Scrabble, cards, or kids' games that you can find tucked away in the console and coffee table.

🏖️☀️Venturing outside, we have a stocked garage, filled with gear and equipment for your outdoor adventures. Pack up the beach wagon with beach chairs and sand toys, fill the portable cooler with your snacks and drinks for the day, play outdoor games, or enjoy a bike ride through the community to the pools and the boardwalks. A propane grill is available for when you are ready for some outdoor cooking.

☕️☀️Sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the Adirondack chairs or watch the sunrise over the pond in the back sitting area.

✨Additional fee of $100/day for the use of golf cart. Liability Waiver and Rules must be signed prior to use of golf cart

🐶Our home is dog friendly. $200 pet fee with a maximum number of 2 dogs. Dog/s must be well-trained, house broken, and kenneled when left unattended. Dogs must be current with their vaccinations. Per Gulf County ordinance and HOA rules, pets are required to be leashed at all times.

🏠Our home is in a newly built community that is still growing with ongoing construction. There are several landscaped ponds (not for recreational use), large areas dedicated to nature preserve, and miles of deeded beach access (no lifeguards on duty at the beach or the community pools). We have no control over the many forms of wildlife native to the area.

*This home features a security system through ADT. There is a video doorbell on the front doorway, a security camera monitoring the driveway, and a security camera monitoring the back of the property

*There is a pond located behind our property and various other ponds throughout the neighborhood. These ponds are not for recreational use or any other type of in-water activity. Our home is approximately 2 blocks from the beach access and the North pool, neither of which have lifeguards

*The following wild animals have been spotted within the community: black bear, alligator, pygmie rattle snake, eagles, raccoons, hawks. All of these are normal to be found in Florida
