Unique Pool Home. Heated Pool! Beach Zen like. Very modern. Bocce Ball court . My personal custom house, General Contractor for 20 yrs. Entire home has been recently remodeled with excellent taste. House has a separate studio, Mother/Daughter type. 2100 sq ft entire home offers 3 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 8. Everything is local within 5 mins or less!
** All length of stay discounts have been already applied **
House was changed over to Gas, Huge benefits. Unlimited hot water via tank-less gas heater. Large inground Pool heats much much faster. Chef 36" Gas cooking range with hood. Very private huge oasis backyard, with 2- hammocks, outdoor 70" Samsung TV for entertainment. Bocce ball court 32" by 10' !!! Professional $10k DJ Setup ready for you to play if your skilled. There are 3 custom sky lights that work by remote. Watch the stars and moon from the comfort of your bed! This House is Built to Entertain!
Master suite bathroom has a large waterfall Jacuzzi Tub, huge glassless shower with 4 large shower heads.
Lots of extra amenities ; 2 Ocean Kayaks fit 3 pp , 4 fishing poles , 3 adult bikes ,
Close to All. 3/4 mile to Beautiful Delray Beaches. 2.5 miles to exciting Atlantic Ave. 4 miles to Mizner Park.
