Welcome to our expansive 4,250 sq ft ranch-style haven, featuring four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a 3-car garage. Nestled only 15 minutes from The Strip and conveniently located near the freeway, you’ll enjoy all that Las Vegas has to offer within easy reach.
Our place is one of the fewer than 200 STRS in Las Vegas that are fully licensed, ensuring that your stay will be completely legal and uninterrupted.
The space
Our generously sized, vintage abode is designed with elements that echo the vibe of a cozy resort. Highlights include:

❀ Indoor and outdoor dining areas
❀ An outdoor patio
❀ A trio of game tables: poker, blackjack, and craps

In compliance with city ordinances, we maintain occupancy in one of the side rooms which functions as our office. We have a separate entrance/exit from the garage to this office, ensuring your privacy and peace aren’t disturbed.

Likewise, we aren't liable for any loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others they invite to use the premise.
For everyone's safety and security, security cameras have been installed in the front and back pool areas. This footage isn't shared and is recorded strictly for liability purposes. It's important to note that these cameras in no way intrude upon your expectation of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt to disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without a refund.
