Our cabin features a luxurious rain shower and granite countertops, along with all new furniture to ensure a relaxing stay. Enjoy the soothing hot tub or unwind in the hammock under the trees. The screened-in porch offers a tranquil spot to enjoy your morning coffee, while the firepit provides a perfect setting for evening gatherings. We even provide a guitar! Strum a tune next to the fire while making memories with your loved one under the stars.

The winding driveway, adorned with string lights, adds to the enchanting atmosphere of this mountain haven. Whether you're looking to relax in the hot tub, read a book on the screened-in porch, or explore the nearby attractions, Smoky Ridge is your ideal destination for a memorable getaway.

-Access code for entry will be provided 1 day before check in.
-We will accommodate an early check in and out if we are able to. Unapproved late check outs are $50 for each 30 min past scheduled check out time.

-All Guest must be 21+

-This is a no smoking property. If you smoke inside, there will be an additional fee of $500 minimum to remove the smoke smell.

-We provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels, but you might need to purchase more if you have a longer stay.

-There are bears that live in Tennessee. A mama bear and 3 cubs have been passing through lately. If you see one, do not approach it and do not feed them. They are fun to watch and usually run when they hear a noise, but please do not feed them. Bears that get accustomed to humans end up being put down.

-We have a bear proof bin. Please place your trash in the cans, inside the bin.

-The house is on a well. We have very hard water but have a water softener system. The water is safe to drink but feel free to bring your own if you prefer bottled spring water. The water also can leave an iron stain. You may notice yellowing anywhere water is used..shower, sinks, toilet.

-If you are pregnant or have been drinking, we recommend you do not use the hot tub.

-A lot of people have sensitive skin, so we suggest that you bring your own soaps, shampoos and toiletries. We do provide complimentary body wash, shampoo, lotion and conditioners.

- Our kitchen is stocked with the essential cookware, but we do not provide condiments, zip locks, etc. You can pick up your favorite condiments at the local country store, or the nearby Kroger or Publix.

-At our home, you can enjoy nature at its finest. We are on a comprehensive pest control program with regular treatments by a local professional, but our location means that you may have experiences with critters of the 4, 6 or 8 legged variety. To help ensure they stay outside, please keep the doors closed at all times.

-The cabin is on a paved mountain road. A few roads have an incline, but nothing a 2-wheel drive car could not handle. Even though our driveway is flat, in the winter we recommend 4-wheel drive.
