Wells Ogunquit Beach 2BR Cottage, 1 Mile From The Beach With Resort Amenities
Wells Beach, Maine is the ideal summer getaway for the family. Unit #174 of Beach Dreams Cottages is a seasonal cottage available from mid May to mid October and it offers many amenities as well as central proximity to the best shopping, restaurants & beaches in Southern Maine including Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, York, Kittery, & Portsmouth. We are under 1 mile from Moody beach as well. If you are interested in a day trip we are also a short 1/2 hour drive north to Portland.
The cottage offers a main bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a full bed. In the living room there is a full sleeper sofa. Also included are a/c, washer and dryer, eat-in kitchen and a comfortable three season porch to relax on with cocktails and apps after a nice day at the beach. All linens are included in the rental.
Rental guests are invited to use the main clubhouse with relaxing lounge areas for reading/playing games. It also has a full gym, arcade and air hockey there for the family enjoyment. The clubhouse has two pools, a Jacuzzi and a kiddie pool with a snack bar open on weekends. Tennis & Bocce courts are also available on the property.

I am originally from Boston, MA. I grew up spending my summers in the beach dreams community. It is such a wonderful place to disconnect from work, life, and enjoy time with friends, family or your significant other! Our cottage has been an escape for us that we would love to share with others to create their own Maine memories!
What makes this property unique
We are centrally located to all major attractions in southern Maine. The cottage is just under 1 Mile from Moody beach, and within minutes from 3 other beaches as well. If you are up for an adventure we are also a short drive from Ogunquit, York, Kittery, Kennedbunkport and Portland.
