The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $115 on-site registration fee for 2 parking passes & the amenity armbands for your group.
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height of the garage is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

Leading into the living room, you will find plenty of comfortable seating, which is perfect for movie and game nights.
