About the host
Hosted by Christian Wiser
I grew up in Kansas City and moved to Michigan in High School. I live in Grand Rapids married with 4 kids. I am in the commercial furniture industry and you will find some pieces within the apartment. We are not commercial host type, but thought we would share this amazing space.
Why they chose this property
Our first apartment was in Heritage Hill renting 1st floor unit. We know own and doing the same yrs later. I love the historic destination and architecture of the neighborhood. The area has a unique vibe that can't be matched.
What makes this property unique
The property is 150 yrs old and has a lot of old architecture charm. The houses in the area were holmes of wood/furniture barons of the past. They were considered mansions back in the day as single family holmes. Over time some of them were turned into multi-family holmes. We can not make any exterior changes, unless approved by historic board.
