A large home in a beautiful, secluded location. The home has been modified to have two units, both of which are handicap accessible. The home was originally modified to accommodate a live-in nurse for hospice care and maintains it's unique accommodations. The partition between the two units is a door that locks on both sides and if so desired, you may rent both units and treat the property as one large unit.
Unit B includes the live-in nursing quarters complete with a second kitchen set. You may think of the layout as one large studio apartment with a smaller annex attached. This unit also includes a hospital bed, which we've kept to service guests who may have special medical needs.
The bathrooms are large and handicap accessible, as is the yard. The yard is both large and uses turf for wheelchair accessibility. It also offers beautiful scenery in a mature well-maintained neighborhood.
