The villa is located on Pinta Golf Course, with stunning views on hole 10 fairway and green. The villa is on a plot of 1.300 sq meters with a private non heated pool (5mx10m) and very broad terraces (of which two are covered).
This modern villa was built in 2015 with floor heating, air conditioning, centralized shutter system, alarm, centralized aspirator, all modern kitchen equipment (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, induction cooking plate, oven and microwave), fireplace, wifi and cable TV with almost 100 TV channels.
The house includes :
- 3 sleeping areas (with entry hall, board, bedroom and bathroom) which makes it easy for several couples
- a living area including a living room, dining room, kitchen, toilet and entry halls
- a car port and a storage area for golf bags
The house is fully furnished for 6 persons : kitchen ustensils, beds furniture, bathroom furniture, outside furniture (sunbeds, chairs, table and parasol).
The house is at 50 meters from Vale de Pinta Golf Clubhouse, 500 meters from Gramacho Golf Course, 5kms from Carvoeiro beach, and at 15 minutes drive from 3 additional golf courses.
You have more than 5 supermarkets closeby - in an area of 3 kms drive and you are at 10 minutes drive from Portimao. which is he second largest city in Algarve. You have a broad restaurants choice in a radius of 5 - 10 minutes drive.

I am a 47 year old widow, living in Luxembourg and working in Switzerland as engineer.
My husband and I decided to purchase a plot to build this villa in August 2013 for our retirement with the purpose to rent it for a couple of years and move into this villa at retirement. Unfortunately, my husband died from a diving accident in Algarve in September 2014. The construction was not started yet and I decided to pursue the project alone and build the house as we designed it together - keeping the same objectives in mind.

Why they chose this property
What I like in Portugal .... Portuguese are very nice people, food is great with Atlantic fish and if you are a wine amateur, you can have a great experience with Portuguese wines.
If you are a golfer, Algarve offers a suited climate for this sport - minimum temperatures around 16°C in January, summer temperatures remain acceptable with often some wind to cool the air off. Rain is rare.
You have also very nice walks and bike routes in Algarve countryside. And nautic sports with a specific focus on surf sports in Alvor and along the Vincentine Coast.
Algarve is a location not crowded at peak holidays periods. You will not spend time queueing on roads, shops, restaurants in peak periods.
If you are a golfer, Algarve offers a suited climate for this sport - minimum temperatures around 16°C in January, summer temperatures remain acceptable with often some wind to cool the air off. Rain is rare.
